I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. I placed this order late at 4:15 over the phone, 15 minutes past the cut off time.(Which rarely happens) It was critical for us to get the sparkplugs as a customer had called me and scheduled to bring his plane in the next day to have all his plugs replaced.
